I'd rate the games: 
Oblivion
Morrowind
Skyrim
Daggerfall
Arena

from best to worst, but everyone keeps saying Morrowind deserves first spot.

I get it but, Morrowind only had a great story, the combat was lackluster, and the leveling was broken.
