Forum Updates starting Sept 2019

Good day everyone, I would like to highlight some changes starting in September 2019.

• Elite and Onyx users will no longer be subjected to viewing any ads.
  
• All popup ads have been removed. This is was brought to our attention by an outside user.
  
• We have added in a Contributor level that affects what free content is available to non-upgraded users. 
  
• New Awards have been added. This includes the Twitter/Youtube promoter and The Donald.
