Why do streaming services often only offer like 1 movie of a trilogy and almost never all movies?
Because when you finished the first movie, you really wanna watch the sequal as well. But most of the times this one isn't on Netflix....

Netflix and other streaming services have to buy a temporary license to stream movies/shows, so they might not have the whole thing wither because the original owners didn't want to sell all of it or the licenses on parts expired and weren't renewed. These license vary by region, so if you pay for a vpn you can switch regions and get more shows. Sites like unogs.com can show you what regions have a show you want
