I think it's rather disturbing that people willingly put "teen" in the titles of porn videos. even if they are 18 or 19. I feel as if they might be trying to appeal to a range of possible pedophiles in some situations.

yeah it definitely alarms me too. feels like porn companies are deliberately trying to attract pedos to either 1. get a bigger audience or 2. get them to spend money cos they know pedos will pay for anonymous content

I totally agree that they are trying to get views from older creeps.
However I feel that at the same time a lot of people who watch the most porn are in the 18-21 years old range.
It was pretty sweet when I was that age to have pornstars to watch in my age category.

I don't think it's specifically a pedo thing.... More like, youth and freshness is always something that's appealing in porn, so the "18" label is basically a "hot young thing" kind of idea.

Also, it's cos the marketing teams loooove labels. Ever notice it's either "teens" or "milfs"? JAV has OL ("office ladies"), young women in their 20 dressed in smart office wear. In the rare occasion that something like that is shown in western porn, they mention working but age is notably not mentioned.
