The best website for most of the western porn games (especially anything patreon or equivalent only) is f95zone. Its 100% free. You make an account then you have full access to everything - porn games, comics/pictures and 3d porn. They even have their own servers for downloading so no need to go to some of those dodgy downloading websites and wait 1min once you find the actual link. From what I can tell, they exist sorely on donations.

Tons of complete ones with actual story and pretty decent cg.

There are a couple I enjoy. Usually the simpler ones that don't make you work TOO hard to get to the fun stuff. The only ones I hate with a damned passion are those stupid retro-rpg-maker ones, where some guy is trying to recreate A Link to the Past with random images of Lisa Ann getting railed in the ass thrown in there.

Honestly there are so many good porn games that have no following at all. Don't get me wrong, there area hundred times more bad games than good ones, but the ones that are good are really noteworthy. Hell I've even found some that deliver more on the game aspect than the porn, and I still found that entertaining and a good use of my time.
