E-Sports are competitive with no doubt, but there are some arguments from friends of mine where "E-Sports are not Sports" since they don't consider it as a physical activity.
IMO if the name is so called "E-Sports" and it is competitive, then it will be considered as "sports" (in this case I will count chess as well)
I am curious what do you think about this? Do you consider "E-Sports" as "sports"?

Personally I don't think it's a sport because it's not very physical, I guess the argument could be made for reaction time but I personally think that's pretty weak. I'd classify it in the same vein as something like chess. Probably a "game"

Not a sport. Not physical enough.
In any event, esports has been having a rough go lately. Lots of the companies owning teams are running into money problems.
