The weather has been really nice lately, and my garden has been giving tons of fresh veggies.

I dig your positivity! What kinds of dishes do you make with the produce you're getting right now?

My garden has veggies too, but I let deer eat them, and that makes me happy.

One less bleak day.

So many veggie recipes. I've been cooking the squash in stir fry or casserole, or making it into noodles. Cucumbers I eat put in salads or make pickles from them. Tomatoes can use a million ways. Peas and pole beans I just steam and serve with butter. Also tons of fresh herbs which I dehydrate and keep in jars (way better than grocery store herbs)

Some guy had an orchard at 6000 feet, and abandoned it years ago. It still grows apples, and feeds all the local deer every season.
