I agree with the Tony Hawk games' soundtrack!
Especially American Wasteland

Another game I particularly like the soundtrack in is FFXIV. The hub areas are wonderful to listen to especially

Yeah Tony Hawk's soundtrack was amazing!

For me also Witcher 3 and Skyrim had very climatic music.

Skyrim has awesome background music, and I'll throw in Firewatch as a contender aswell! The Firewatch soundtrack is on spotify if you want to have a listen!

Little Big planet has a wide variety of sounds. It's a really good introduction to "non European" sounds I think and personally I think the soundtrack is really solid

RuneScape gets me lit

The most memorable for me would be:

Most of the early NFS games:
  • NFS III
  • Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2
  • NFS: Underground
  • NFS: Underground 2
  • Most Wanted
Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge
Colin McRae series
Call of Duty, all the way until Black Ops 2 (didn't bother with the succeeding games)
The Original Mass Effect trilogy
Witcher 3 and the DLC's
Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal

Need for speed Underground 2, with Riders of the Storm in the menu
