Hi. I’m trying to access PH and affiliates, but when I go to PH’s website, it says it’s not allowed in this state (Louisiana). I don’t even live in Louisiana, and I’m not that close to it. VPN sometimes works, sometimes not. Is there any way you know of, to get past this? 
I’ve already went through this with Apple support/redditors and changed my location, restarted my phone, and nothing worked.

Are you using a data plan? that could be it if your connection is routing through LA somehow.
