I've really only played a few, older ones I can't remember and BOTW. So I'd say BOTW, I definitely prefer open world over platformers or birds eye view 8bit games so..

I grew up with Twilight Princess, and it's darker style and atmosphere than most Zelda games both scared and excited the younger me.

Though if I had a Switch and BotW, I don't doubt it could take the top spot in my list.
