What is your workout routine?

I used to hit the gym 6x a week with PPL, but ever since covid, I've been forced to resort to calisthenics.
So now I'm doing HIIT 3x a week and calisthenics 3x a week.
I might incorporate running as well.

Still, can't wait for gyms to re-open.

Didn't know gyms were still closed in other places. Mine and the ones in the surrounding area have been re-opened for about 10 months already so we're pretty much all back to our normal workout routines already. But yeah, during the time when it did close, I just did simple calisthenics and bodyweight workouts too

I usually do a 5 day rotation with 2 days off. So will tackle lower body/core, chest/shoulders, back/arms, legs/core, chest/back. I usually pyramid starting with a warmup weight and begin working sets at 15 reps scaling down to 12/10/8/6/4/2. I've had moderate size gains but functional strength has improved alot

Currently doing a 3 workout full body split over the week. \used to do 6 workouts a week but just don’t have time nor recovery
