Wrist hurting from typing

Does anyone have a long 9-5 day job where you need to type a lot? I currently do and experuence so much wrist pain. How do you think I can prevent this?

I do recommend doing some push ups and Otter general training and ofc stretching your hands/ wrists. That’s simple even during work

Do a variety of physical exercises when you can. Make sure you have perfect posture, and get or even build a quality mechanical keyboard that suits your needs.

Get a wrist rest for your keyboard they help

Make a change in loadability. Try strengthening/ stretching excersizes.

Get a wrist wrest and stretch daily

Remember to stretch and have your keyboard at a height where you don't have to bend your wrists like crazy to type.

as a programmer I used to experience pain as well, so I tested new wrist rests until I find one that was good for me. No pain since I got the right one

just take breaks every now and then, and try wrist exercises

Take regular breaks if possible and try out a wrist rest
