I've noticed that there are a LOT more girls with prior experience like dancing or camming going onto the amateur type shoots like the casting couch ones and FTVGirls. My main issue is that there's a lot more overacted expressions now, like O mouths, repeated eye-rolling, moaning that just keeps going on and don't quite match the action, etc.

I watch these shoots cos I really enjoy the authentic expressions. This trend kinda takes away from that.

I definitely agree with you. I appreciate amateur stuff because it seems more real, and for the most part it was just people doing their thing.

More and more it seems manufactured lately. It's less Amateur porn by ppl who just felt like doing it and more like people trying to (poorly) emulate actual porn shoots. If I wanted that I'd just go straight to the big-name porn studios...


Now days when I search for that kind of stuff I use "homemade" instead of "amateur" and seem to get better results.

Well, I think the whole industry as well as the amateur sector is getting more and more artificial. Too much money in it, so naturally, people start exploiting this.

Yeah.... I specifically mentioned FTVGirls cos I'm a huge fan of the exhibitionism aspect of their shoots. They've been doing a lot less of that and more of the using toys... Fine I guess, but for me expressions are a huge turn-on as well.  I don't think these girls are faking how they feel, but there's definitely an extra layer of performance put in. Worse, I suspect it's not deliberate on their part (some of them anyway), but that's what being aroused looks like to them. 

In the long run... If you thought that unrealistic body image expectations caused by porn are a problem, imagine growing up being told your expressions are wrong for having sex.

Interesting tip above to use the term "homemade". The amateur term seems to be overused and abused. I haven't seen homemade as a term abused, so hopefully that works to find the type of content you're looking for. "Candid" doesn't seem to get the right stuff. Maybe there are other better search terms too...?

Homemade's probably the best option so far, so so many of them feature no-face and dark lighting that searching for authentic expressions is probably going prove disappointing.

It's a shame that amateur lose its meaning. Homemade it's the better option but still, even movie scenes sometime appears !!
