VPNs are kinda scams. If you want to be "anonymous" occasionally, use Tor. If you're in a restricted country or want to access websites restricted in your country, try to find someone online that can setup a proxy for you and use openVPN. There is forums specifics for that, it's an hard but friendly way to do it.
