how to maximize sun exposure in house
#1
my house is sadly not east-facing so there's little sun in the morning; anyone have tips to increase the amount of sunshine i can get besides just opening blinds?

White walls will help the light to bounce into your home more, maybe covering stuff in tinfoil will help aswell lol
But aside from that i'm not sure there is much you can do

#3
Opening blinds is the best you can do, white walls help as someone has said but you might want to try to open up another window if possible, most homes they aren't, however.

My apartment is east facing and I have stuff to block out the sunlight, so I'm the opposite of you. If you're feeling sick cuz there's not enough sunlight, your body probably isn't producing enough Vitamin D. Go outside and sunbathe for like 15-20 min per day. That should do you some good.

If you have another house next to yours then you're even more fucked.

#6
Could cut down any trees that may block sunlight, though I wouldn't advise it.

#7
there are many great lamps on amazon that simulate real sunlight

Mirrors. Everywhere.

If you have outside access, you can use them to literally reflect light into your house light Indiana Jones in Raiders of the Lost Ark.
