i have a bunch of content to post but dont wanna risk losig my mega account, what're some other options?
whats the best non mega filehost?

Well, currently Mega is better but there is an alternate non mega filehost which dropbox but that would scan your content to check if its not violating any of the terms and condition or you could use others such as google drive, and pcloud.
