serious question.
is it just legal issues  or does the process cost more?     I've heard of people using grow lights and high electric bills but.. I've had good weed that was grown outdoors too.
I never did any growing myself

It's the care process and there's always an associated cost for things that are used for non eating uses. There's also the overhead factor thats put on it in regards to the legality (in the underground you're getting charged for the risk factor while in dispenseries you're charges taxes and the associated legal cost of any potential problems)
