Or is an HDD fine? I know they just released on the Microsoft Store/Game Pass and possibly expected to hit steam tomorrow so I'm not expecting anybody to know from that, but does anybody know how they ran on the PS4 in terms of loading times?

I know my rig can handle these older games, but if they were remastered with some old-ass loading I'd like to avoid it if I need to haha.

No reason not to have ssd these days. It'll be an improvement for sure, both gaming and general use.

An SSD will definitely boost your system, but don't expect too much. When I got into assembling my own PC, I got kinda dissappointed cuz everybody was praising SSDs as if they were mandatory for any system.

If you can afford it, you should definitely get one. It would decrease the loading time to at least half.
