I’ve personally only played two but I loved my time on SoTN and Harmony of Despair. 

What are your favourites from the franchise/any recommendations as to what I should jump into next?

Aria of Sorrow is a favourite of mine along with Portrait of Ruin. I would highly recommend both of them.
