Can you type with all 10 fingers and if so how long did it take you to learn? What do you think of the Neo keyboard layout or do you use qwertz / qwerty?

I can't. I can type without looking but I don't use 10 fingers the way you're supposed to: efficient.

I think I can type with 10 fingers, I guess? I don't really watch my fingers when I type, it's natural for me at this point.

I think if you use computer a lot, it will come to the point where typing with ten fingers become a normal thing to do.

I used a typing website with lessons to learn how to use all ten fingers while typing. I feel like it helped me go faster and stay disciplined.
