...looks like it is gaining some popularity...one country already made it their standard...not sure what will happen in the US--cant see it catching on really...what do you think?
healthcare has been doing it for years. Nurses tend to do 3 x12 days but the 4 x 10 could be nice if you keep that extra off day rotating. some weeks you'll get a three day weekend, others you get to break up the week with a wednesday or tuesday off, it sounds nice!
