Eh, i think it really depends on the partner. Ive had partners where the height difference just didnt work but ive have other partners where it was great and we both finished in that position.

I also suggest doing it laying on your side vs on top of each other.

Feom my (anecdotal) experience it let's the partner that would normally be on top relax. Which helps both partners enjoy the thing more.
