Ok, soo the easiest method of getting more fps in apex is changing these 2 settings in one of apex setting files

Go to:
C:>Users>WhateverIsTheNameOfYourPc>SavedGames>Respawn>Apex>Local
Open videoconfig.txt
Search and change:
setting.csm_enabled from 1 to 0
setting.r_lod_switch_scale from 0.6 to 0
Save the file and youre good to go

Second option (Only for Nvidia Gpu]

1. Download nividia inspector 2.1.2.0
2. Launch it
3. Choose profile apex legends
4. Change it to following

5. Press apply changes
6. BE SURE YOU DONT RUN NVIDIA INSPECTOR IT WITH APEX SOME PLAYERS REPORTED BANS WHEN THEY HAD NVIDIA INSPECTOR ON
