Does accessing free links have  any effects on my contributor level?  my  contributor reduces although I didn't purchase any links by credits

No but if your links are moved to the Broken Links section, that has a slight decrease in your Contributor level.

Yes so the reasoning is that Broken Links are not in the Leaks Section. Without this requirement, users would just spam reposts everyday, with no regard for Link life.
