Hello,

I actually have issues with my eyesight and am having some trouble navigating this site. I use a screen reader for text (I can see pictures fine with magnifier), and am just having trouble navigating to find the different rules for engaging in this site appropriately. 

I can figure things out quickly, but some assistance would help me figure it out more quickly.

Any link to such rules would be appreciated.
