Active games you've played as a kid
#1
Just wondering, since technology has been too integrated in our daily lives that we hardly spend our leisure time playing active games anymore. What active games have you enjoyed playing as a kid?

The classic game of tag, ofcourse. We weren’t allowed to call it that though because they banned it at recess from kids getting hurt.

Wow. Didn't expect that "banned" part. The only risk I know from that game is just from tripping. Is that the regular tag though, or is that the one with bases? Since in our place the one with bases is discouraged from being played since it causes conflict, mainly on deciding whether the tagger or the tagged left their base earlier.

Ended up reading on the "Tag" article. So the prohibition is really a thing. Although concerning harassment, I was recognized as a slow runner. So whenever I become "it" sometimes other players would actually offer themselves to be tagged in order to for the game to not end up boring.
