He was found liable, not guilty, as this was a civil suit. Rumor has it that the judge made his ruling even before the case was presented. If that's the case, this ruling will be thrown out on appeal. If that really is the case, then the judge needs impeachment by the Congress, because it means that he was taking orders from unknown others, rather than being impartial.
