Does anyone really watch All Star Games? I feel like the only thing I could actually put effort into watching would be skills competitions - three point contest, home run derby, fastest shot type things. The games themselves aren't very interesting to me. I may be alone on this, but I feel like they should just name All Pro teams and do skills contests.

All Star games sure, regular games, not really. I'm with you, dunk contests, home run derbys, that's my jam. Sad we don't see them often anymore.

The skills competitions are more entertaining than the actual all star games... but the games can be good in their own right.

Like when nhl fans voted John Scott into the all star game and the league tried to prevent it... then the fans voted him to be a captain!
