I'm currently using a lense to send camera roll items, but it means I can't apply any additional filters. It also doesn't show the [send a chat] at the bottom so it's a little more obvious (and I think some people can see you're using lenses?)

Anyone know a good 3rd party app that will allow me to fake it?

it's not possible. snapchat is very good at sanitising input. You literally can't even use it if you have root certificate installed as they are worried about MITM. best hope would be some sort of camera output spoofer or try to sideload it into a vm
