Jojo is a really good one although it's not for everyone. Have you seen Attack on Titan? That's good. My Hero is also a good one. It's like Naruto but without forgetting to focus on the side characters.

Demon slayer is done by ufotable which has also done a lot of the fate series (unlimited blade works, zero, heavens feel movies)

Though I'll also shout out 86 as another recent one to check out without the studio ties

The first season of One Punch Man was great, and it contains a full arc, so you won't feel like you have to watch the scuffed second season. If you want something a little more adult, maybe try Goblin Slayer or Akame Ga Kill.
