If you are in a romantic not non-combative vibe, I strongly suggest Spice and Wolf. Great anime, well paced, simply fantastic.

Otherwise, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. Anime don't get much better than this.

I mostly Watch Shounen like HunterxHunter, Dragon ball All except Gt it was fine but ..... Demon Slayer was aawesome, My hero academia , Bleach, Naruto, If want to really suffer and enjoy you can watch one piece it is over 900 episodes and still runing
