I'm not sure I've ever seen a guy with as high of a ceiling and as low of a floor.  He could simultaneously be the worst QB and the best QB of all time. 

Do you think he can fix some of the things that he needs to work on and become a top talent?

Rookies are super volatile. He's already shown he can do great things and has a crazy work ethic. I'd bet he hits a stride at some point but could run into bad luck in the form of injuries
