I'm starting to try to learn new languages however I've hit a brick wall and I'm not getting anymore proficient at it . Does anybody have any tips to help me ?

Genuinely just talk to people who speak that language, man. That's always the best approach. Talking to natives, practicing, trial and error is the best way to improve.
