Code Monkey is probably my favorite. It is set up as a k-8 style program and you can start wherever. It allows a free trial if you wanna give it a shot. My son started with that and then moved on to CodaKid to learn minecraft modding and has gone on from there. There are definitely quite a few choices out there though.
Not really a game but Scratch is a drag and drop coding language. It's pretty basic but you can make some fun things with it and it gives a good introduction to coding "logic". I started with it pretty young.
