Start with Descartes for sure. “I think therefore I am.” Freud next I guess

"The Prince" is an interesting one. Many books related to obscure religions and or philosophical beliefs, such as any Hermetic texts and LaVey's Satanic Bible offer some interesting philosophical content. You can see that I'm not a sunshine and rainbows sort of fellow, though arguing that sort of thing is the point of philosophy!

For eastern philopshy some good texts are tao te ching, go rin no sho, the analects, i ching

'Alan watts: The Way of Zen' is a great read, he also has videos on youtube that you can listen to!

If you want good fiction with philosophy. The Stormlight series

If you want something about practically influencing people with philosophy, try Nudge.

If you JUST want philosophy that is worth your time: The Art of War. I'm 100% serious.

I recommend books by Eckhart Tolle and Krishnamurti, also Dao De Ching as someone else said. Those influenced me the most
