Specifically, I want to make a mod of Civilization VI; I think there are some tweaks that would significantly improve the game. But researching the process for creating a mod hasn't gotten me very far. What's available on the Civ wiki and the Steam website doesn't tell me much.

Has anyone done any modding before, or know where I would go to learn more about it?
