Gritter? Not sure it will have the same charm to it. Older TV was more cheesy and did take itself too seriously. Maybe they can do it justice

Buffy was a great show. Considering they already remade Charmed which mediocre but watchable, seems like the obvious choice would be remaking Buffy except Buffy's charm was due to Joss Whedon's scriptwriting and directing. Though a remake is exciting to hear, I will only be pleasantly surprised if a modern adaptation with alterations would be enjoyable.
