How are you guys benching at home with dumbbells? The best I can do is floor presses with dumbbells but it’s not enough range of motion. How can I improve this?
If there's no easy way to make a bench out of stuff/furniture you already have, I recommend doing weighted pushups instead. You can put those dumbells or other heavy things inside a backpack and bust out some 'shups old school
I used to use a coffee table as a bench but didn't seem safe. You can also chest press on the floor, and close grip presses but it's tough and probably not best form. You can do standing exercises and all arms without needing furniture. I eventually ended up getting a bench.
