I'll preface this by saying I was really not a fan of GoT. Tried watching the first few episodes, just could not get into it. 

Silicon Valley was really good for a few seasons but the quality went down after a while and all of the arcs started resembling one another.

The Sopranos will probably remain my favorite HBO series of all time.

First couple seasons of Ballers was pretty good. The final few were just OK.

GoT should just at least finish the first season then decide if you want to continue. GoT definitely gets better.

But that's such a massive investment if time. I feel like I've got such a mammoth task ahead of me with GoT, if anything it turns me off the series even more.
