I still think Mario Kart is the best racing game tbh. But for realistic stuff, I've only really played forza and need for speed.

Forza is good arcade Racing, if u want very balanced arcade vs simrace try F1

Grand Theft Auto V is good for me because a lot of cars.

Assetto Corsa competizione and iracing for simracing. Forza Horizon 4 and Need for speed Heat for "action" games
