Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood was the one that got me into anime. It was aired in 2009 so the art style is little bit dated, but definitively still worth a watch in 2024.

Boku no pico is anime of the year every year

Vinland Saga is pretty great, since the two seasons we got, are rather different in tone. Soundtrack absolutely slaps as well.
