Best budget GPU

Good advise, very cool.

Could go for a AMD 5700XT if you don't have a gsync screen and/or don't plan on buying one.

#23
Considering going for 5700XT myself. With Nvidia you're paying extra for RTX that you probably won't use in this generation anyway.

#24
5700 is pretty good for the money, but AMD drivers are a pain in the ass.

I also recommend the rx580, but if it's not urgent then wait a bit more

#27
I'm not an expert on AMD's however with everyone recommending them, i'd use them unless your doing something that specifically REQUIRES Geforce graphics e.g DAZ3D

#28
any of the b-stock evga gpus should be a good buy for under $500

#29
I would recommend a GTX 1060 3 or 6 GB. You can practically play most games with it.

#30
i'd buy rtx for that raytracing goodness

#31
1060 6gb or 1070 are the most reasonable i think, they are quite cheap also and can easily run most of games nowadays,

#32
If you're comfortable with buying used, you can currently find some great deals for anything from a GTX 1070 to a GTX 1080.
If you want to go AMD, the 5700XT is a great card, but it may still have some driver issues.
Unbeatable price/performance is a used RX580. Can be found for around 120$ (or cheaper in some places).

Good luck!

#33
Agree, you should go with 5700XT that will give you nice performance, or if you had time wait for Ampere/Big Navi ~6 months.

#34
amd defiantly is the way to go

#35
Hello my friends

#36
Just got a 1660ti and it works great

#37
If you're going with under 500, i got my 2070 before the Super line came out. which at a 2060 Super is about the same performance for less price. at 500$ it's not really a budget GPU though.

#38
gtx 1060 best money for yiur buck

#39
GeForce RTX 2060 KO is a great choice
You can find reviews on youtube and PC hardware sites
