It really depends on the group of people you're going to be doing this with, if you are more of the drinking and going crazy type, Vegas obviously. But if you're more into chilling and smoking, Netherlands isn't so bad. And finally if you just want to feel rich and enjoy ridiculous things go Dubai

Gold Coast here in Oz is always good! Plenty of pubs and clubs (of varying descriptions). Casino and plenty of hotels to choose from!

Ibiza is awesome, but you really want to come here when the nightclubs are ope. This year (2020) they are all closed because of COVID-19. :-(
