Best in-house weight loss exercise

I have been going to the park and play basketball everyday since the pandemic. I dropped about 20lb of weight and wants to continue to do so. As it is getting colder, it is harder for me to continue to play ball. What are some exercise that I can do in house to help lose weight.

Congrats on the weight loss!
For weight loss, you should focus on diet first and foremost.

Depending on what your goal is with the exercise, you can choose to focus on cardio or muscle. For indoors you could do calisthenics or follow any exercise apps.

Diet, calisthenics home workouts.

Look up intermittent fasting, it's really helpful when losing weight. It takes some time to getting used to but it's worth it.

Core workouts are great for shape. But if you wanna loose weight, try doing some HIT workouts at home. Your build will become better as time goes on.

I also kinda need this advice, i am a little overweight after the pandemic and actually want to get in shape. never actually tried doing homework in my house bcs i usually didn't really need to and never been told to

Try fasting, it works well. Try yoga as well, my sessions are intense.

jump rope is an incredibly good exercise to do at home.

dont eat snacks

you can do some statics (push ups, sit ups, etc.), overtime you can see the difference.
try eating more healthier foods like vegs and less oily/fried stuff
