Best lower abs exercise? I'm trying to complete my 6-8 pack and it's going okay

I have been dieting and working out to get a 6-8 pack, but need to solidify my lower abs, what do you guys recommend?

I do leg raises, curl ups, etc. I don't have a pull-up set to do other exercises.

Im probably already 5-10 pounds lighter and im really low body fat, already got a 6pack, but this stubborn lower fat won't gk away lmao

Right now im doing leg raises, leg pendulum raises, curls up

Try planking 3 sets 1 min each set. Gradually increase the time by 30s everyday. Pretty challenging but doable!

There’s no lower abs or upper abs, it’s all one muscle. To make them more visible you gotta lose more fat. If you’re already pretty skinny, you could do a bulk/cut cycle if you have access to weights

Like I said I already have a 6pack but working out the remaining fat. But I guess I just need to be lower bodyfat%
