I would say BOTW, but I really enjoyed Xenoblade 2. Either way, both games are really good.

I agree with BotW but xenoblade is overly complicated and too niche. I would list SSBU instead as being up there on top.

Mario Tennis Aces. They continually supported it with free characters after release, and it is an absolutely fun competitive game to bring out for parties. I feel like the skill ceiling isn't as high on it as say Smash Bros, where one really good person can kind of making it boring for everybody else after a bit.
