My friend has a cat that acts just like a dog,  it just loves being pet and literally does tricks for food. 
Birds are some of the worst pets I have encountered, especially the large  loud ones.

R A B B I T S!!! The best pet you can get. They are obedient, easy to satisfy and lost cost to keep. You don't have to walk them everyday and they aren't noisy.
