The new flagships from samsung, xiaomi or huawei. huawei mate 30 pro has the overall best camera quality.

huawei p20 easy, but they also got surveillance from china on their phones lol. Can u even get one if you live in the us????

Most flagships have more than enough. Pixel 4, Samsung, Iphone are great options. I hate apple with a passion but I'll admit their camera game is strong on their newest phone.

Definitely iphone 11 pro max but it leans toward the expensive side i'd also recommend the google pixel my friend has one and their picture come close to that of an iphone user
