Best sports to workout pretty much every part of your body

In your opinion which are the most complete sports out there? For example, when I play football I feel sore from my legs and that’s it, and when I play volleyball or squash I feel that all my body is always really active. So, what do you think? I’ll appreciate your answers. Thanks

Stand up paddle board

Lap swimming. It works out every part of your body without having impacts on your joints. If you do proper technique during swimming, it will teach you to breathe properly, which will help outside of the pool.
