There is a youtuber called „Programming Witz Mosh“. He has some really nice tutorials with little tasks you can do by yourself. He really helped me when I was learning it.

Programing with mosh and code with harry on YouTube they both are very good. You can watch their videos to understand basic concepts and start developing projects like calculator, to do list and similar easy difficulty.

Try out chatGPT, you can use it as a learning tool

Tip: even if it is very daunting, give a try on a concept. Basically go beyond your comfort zone
